Vacant Posts-School Attendance
A PPLICATIONS are invited for two vacant
posts of School Attendance Officer. The
salary will be in the scale $1,560 x $120--$2,520.
In addition a travelling allowance of $720 per
annum will be paid.
Each officer will be assigned to -one of two
divisions into which the Territory will be divided
and will be responsible lo the Eiducation Officer for
the performance of his/her duties.
Applications, which must be accompanied by at
least two testimonials, must reach the Secretary
of the Public Service Commission, Administrator's
Office, Grenada, by 15th May, 1962.

Vacant Post Of School Gardening
APPLICATIONS are invited from suitably
qualified persons for the vacant post of
School Gardening Officer. The salary will be in
the scale $2,052 x $96 $2,148 x $144 $2,724.
In addition a travelling allowance of $1,209 per
annum will be paid.
The duties of the post are--
(a) To hold Saturday morning and vacation
classes for teachers in Rural Science at the
discretion of the Education Officer.
(b) To visit schools for the purpose of conduct-
ing demonstration lessons in Rural Science,
directing class teachers in the teaching of
this subject and establishing school gardens.
(c) To consult with and advise Head Teachers
on the organisation of classes and the
curriculum and equipment for the teaching
of Ruial Science.
(d) To serve as Examiner in Rural Science in
Applications accompanied by a statement and
proof of qualifications and experience and at least
two testimonials, must reach the Secretary of the
Public Service Commission, Administrator's Office,
Grenada, by 15th May, 1962.

POST OF TRANSPORT OFFICER,
APPLICATIONS are invited for the post of
Transport Officer, Public Works Department,
Grenada, particulars of which are as follows:-
(a) The appointment is on probation for a period
of two years from the date of assumption of
duties, but this period may be extended by
the Administrator. On the satisfactory
completionn of the period of probation the

are requested to pay their loans: on or before
30th June, 1962.

ations will take place in December as usual.

IN pursuance of section 21 (2) of the above Ordi-
nance, I hereby give notice that a copy of the
diagram and report of Norris R. Williams, Assis-
tant Surveyor, Public Works Department, of a sur-
vey made at the request of Mr. Adonis Francis,
agent for Mr. Joseph Charles on the 7th December,
1961, to determine the boundary between lands of
Joseph Charles and Maiy Bubb, situate at Munich
in the parish of Saint Andrew has been Icdged in
the office of the Chief Registrar of the Supreme
Court of the Windward Islands and Leeward

BY Order made the 10th day of July, 1961, there
will be offered for sale at this Office, on Friday
the 4th day of ilay, 1962, at 12 o'clock noon
all the right title and interest of the defendant to
and in a leasehold lot of land known as Glebe
Crown Lands situate at Paddock in the parish of
Saint George in the island of Grenada containing
by admeasurement One Rood and Twenty-seven
Poles or 18,240 square feet bounded as the same
is delineated and described in a plan marked 'X"
annexed to an indenture of Lease dated 25th day of
June, 1960, made between James Montieth Lloyd
Administrator of Grenada of the One part and the
defendant of the Other part and recorded in the
Deeds and Land Registry of Grenada in Liber E10
at page 383 together with the buildings thereon.
The said interest is sold subject to a mortgage
dated the 7th day of July, 1960, and made between
the defendant of the One part and the Grenada
Co-operative Bank Limited of the Other part and
recorded in Liber D 10 at page 637 whereunder
there is now due the principal sum of $48,200.00
with interest thereon at $7.00 per centum per
annum from the 30th day of June, 1961, and free
from all judgments against the defendant so far as
they are known.
The sale subject to the usual conditions, a
copy of which may be seen at this office and to the
Reduced RESERVED PRICE $113,370.73.
