its former status of a Consulate General. Mr.
WILLIAM H. CHRISTENSEN has therefore been
appointed Consul General at Port-of-Spain, with
jurisdiction in Antigua (with Barbuda and Re-
donda), Dominica, Grenada (with the Southern
Grenadines), Montserrat, St. Christopher (St. Kitts)
Nevis and Anguilla, St. Lucia, St. Vincent (with
the Norihern Grenadines), Trinidad and Tobago
and the Virgin Islands.

No 12 of 1962-An Ordinance to legaliso the
expenditire of certain sums of money appro-
priated from the General Revenue for the
service of the 'o!ony for the period from the
first day of October to the thirty-first day of
December, one thousand nine hundred and
sixty-one in addition to the sums already
sanctionedd under the Appropriation Ordinance.
1961.
Copies of this Ordinance may be seen at the
Government Office, tile Public Library, the Trea-
sury, District Revenue Offices, Post Offices and
Police Stations.

W ITH reference to notices appearing in the
Government (Extraordinary) Gazette of
22nd January, 1962, the public is hereby notified
that the Commission of Inquiry to enquire into
and to report upon the control of public expenditure
in the territory of Grenada during the financial
year commencing 1st January, 1961, and sub-
sequently, will re-commence its sittings at the
Council Chamber, York House, St. George's, on
Monday the 16th April, 1962, commencing at
2.00 o'clock in the afternoon.

all the right title and interest of the defendant to
and in a leasehold lot of land known as Glebe
L rown Lands situate at Paddock in the parish of
:;aint George in the island of Grenada containing
I.y admeasurement One Rood and Twenty-seven
Poles or 18,240 square feet bounded as the same
is delineated and described in a plan marked "'X"
annexed to an indenture of L-ase dated 25th day of
June, 1960, made between James Montieth Lloyd
Administrator of Grenada of the One part and the
defendant of the Other pari and recorded in the
Deeds and Land Registry of Grenada in Liber E.0
at page 383 together with the buildings thereon.
The said interest is sold subject to a mortgage
dated the 7th day of July, 1960, and mrnde between
the defendant of the One part and the Grenala
Co-operative Bank Limited of the Other part and
recorded in Liber D 10 at page 637 whereunder
there is now due the principal sum of $48,20).00
with interest thereon at $7 00 per centum per
annum from the 30tb day of June, 1961, and free
from all judgments against the defendant so far as
they are known.
The sale subject to the usual conditions, a
copy of which may be seen at this office and to the
Reduced RESERVED PRICE $113,370.73.
