NOTICE

N compliance with Section 45B of Water Supply
Amendment Ordinance, No 4 of 1961, the
Administrator in Council has approved way-leaves
to be acquired over lands at Woodlands said to
belong to the following persons for the purpose of
running pipelines tc and/or from both or one
of the Reservoirs now under construction at
Woburn:-

Cyril Clarence
Maria Heuton
Gresham St. Bernard
William Cruickshank
A. Noel
Reuben Richard
Merina Cruickshank.
The Way-leaves shall not exceed twenty (20)
feet in width and the centre lines of such way-
leaves may be seen on survey plans at the Public
Works Department Drawing Office between the
hours of 8.30 a.m. and 11.45 a.m. and between
1.00 p.m. and 4.00 p.m. on Mondays through
Friday and between the hours of 8.30 a.m. and
noon on Saturdays.
Objections to the way-leaves giving grounds
therefore may be made in writing to the Clerk of
the Executive Council by 15th April, 1962.


NOTICE


N accordance with the provisions of the Customs
Ordinance, 1960 (No. 35 of 1960) Notice is
hereby given that a sale of seized and overtime
goods will take place at the Queen's Warehouse on
the St. George's Pier at 10.30 a.m. on Thursday,
12th April, 1962.
A list of the goods to be sold may be seen at the
office of the Collector of Customs, St. George's or
at the Queen's Warehouse on the St. George's Pier.

Appeals Against Assessments Under The
Taxes Management Ordinance

IT is hereby notified for general information that
the Magistrate, Southern District will hold a
special session at the Magistrate's Court, St.
George's, on Tuesday, 10th April, 1962, at 9.00
o'clock in the forenoon for the purpose of hearing
objections to, and appeals against the Asse3sment
made by the Tax Officer.
Any person desirous of making objections to, or
appealing against au assessment should give notice
in writing to the Magistrate not later than 30th
March, 1962 of his intention.

UNDER THE BOUNDARIES SETTLEMENT ORDINANCE


IN pursuance of section 21 (2) of the above Ordi-
nance, I hereby give notice that a copy of the
diagram and report of Norris B. Williams, Assis-
tant Surveyor, Public Works Department, of a sur-
vey made at the request of M r. Adonis Francis,
agent for Mr. Joseph Charles on the 7th December,
1961, to determine the boundary between lards of
Joseph Charles and M[aiy Bubb, situate at Murich
in the parish of Saint Andrew has been lcdged in
t,he office of the Chief liegistrar of the Supreme
Cour t of the Windward Islands and leeward
Islands at Grenada.

On Board of Commissioners of Currency,
British Caribbean Territories (Eastern Group)


T HE Secretary of State for the Colonies has, on
the nomination of His Excellency, the
Governor of Trinidad and Tobago, appointed
Mr. L. A. Reece to be the Commissioner represent-
ing Trinidad and Tobago on the Board of Commis-
sioners of Currency, British Caribbean Territories
(Eastern Group) in place of the Financial Adviser.
