Appointment of Member without Portfolio
T is notified for public information that the
Administrator in accordance with subsection
(2) of section 13 of Part III of the Grenada
(Constitution) Order in Council, 1959, has on the
advice of the Chief Minister appointed the Honour-
able R. O. WILLIAMS as a member of the Executive
Council, and as such to be the member without
portfolio.

ment) Order, 1961.

NOTICE

T is notified for general information that for security
reasons and on account of the limited spnac
available on board, the Federal Government regrets
that it has not been possible to throw open the
M.V. Federal Maple" for public inspection.
Because her sister ship the M.V. Federal Palm "
is of identical dimensions the situation equally
applies._
It is however proposed, subject to the exigencies
of the trade, to arrange in all territorial ports from


time to time for organized groups of school children,
clubs and the general public to be conducted
through the ships under the supervision of the
local agents and the ships' crew.

UNDER THE BOUNDARIES
ORDINANCE
N pursuance of Section 21 (2) of the above Ordin-
ance, I hereby give notice that a copy of the
diagram and report of Norris R. Williams, Assis-
tant Surveyor, Public Works Department, of a
Survey made at the request of Mr. Henry Trater-
ham on 21st April, 1961, of a lot of land situate at
Florida in the parish of Saint John, has been
lodged in the office of the Chief Registrar of the
Supreme Court of the Windward Islands and Lee-
ward Islands at Grenada.

And Leeward Islands (Grenada)



OTICE is hereby given that a Session of the
Supreme Court of the Windward Islands and
Leeward Islands at Grenada, in its Criminal
Jurisdiction, will be held at the Court House in the
town of St. George on Tuesday the 10th day of
October, 1961, at 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon when
all concerned and bound over to prosecute or to
give evidence or summoned as Jurors or witnesses


are required to give their personal attendance, and
all officers who have taken Inquisitions, Depositions,
Examinations, Recognizances or other papers
cognizable by the Court are required to return the
same without delay to this office.
