IN accordance with the provisions of subsection 5 of Section 52 of the Legislative Council (Elections)
Ordinance, 1951 (No. 10 of 1951), 1 hereby give notice that the names of the candidates elected
serve in the Legislative Council for the several Electoral Districts mentioned hereunder, pursuant
Writs of Election issued by His Honour the Administrator on the 22nd day of February, 1961, and to

Section 13 (1) of Part III of the Grenada (Constitution) Order in Council, 1959, has charged the
following Member of the Legislative Council with the Ministerial responsibilities designated below :-

The Honourable G. E. D. CLYNE .. Chief Minister and Minister of Finance.

section 13 of Part III of the Grenada (Constitution) Order in Council, 1959, has on the advice of
the Chief Minister charged the following Members of the Legislative Council with the Ministerial
responsibilities designated below :-

the Chief Minister appointed the Honourable R. O. WILLIAMS as a member of the Executive Council,
and as such to be the member without portfolio.

CLYNE to be Chief Minister in and for the Colony of Grenada and to have and exercise all the functions
and authority appertaining to that office until such time as this appointment be revoked or you other-
wise vacate the office in accordance with law.

House in the said Colony this 29th day of March in the year of Our Lord One
thousand nine hundred and sixty-one, and in the Tenth Year of the Reign of
