The Carenage Road from Burns Point to
its junction with Young Street.

Tanteen Road,
Tyrrel Street,

Grand Etang Road,
Gore Street,
Cross Street,
Grenville Street,
St. John Street.
Between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 11.00 p.m.
on Monday, 8th February, 1960, and between the
hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday 9th
February, 1960, the ahovementioned roads to-
gether with Halifax Street and Melville Street will
be closed to vehicular traffic at the time when the
car conveying Her Royal Highness is expected to
pass along said Roads.
Constables on Traffic Control Duty will stop all
motor vehicles along these routes during that
period. Vehicles will be allowed to proceed after
the Royal procession passes.
Ths motoring public is hereby requested to co-
operate with the Constables on Traffic Duty along
these routes.

NOTICE

THE Public is hereby informed that the usual
dry season restrictions are now in force.
The use of hoses especially for watering gardens
and washing cars is strictly forbidden.
It is hoped that all will co-operate in alleviating
the troubles ahead by ensuring that leaking fittings
are repaired.
The Water Section of the Public Works
Department is willing to undertake all minor
repairs without charge.

IT is announced for general information that due to
an outbreak of Newcastle Disease in Barbados
and a suspected outbreak in St. Vincent, no poultry
will be permitted to enter Grenada from those
territories until further notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Session of the
Supreme Court of the Windward Islands and
Leeward Islands at Grenada, in its Criminal
Jurisdiction, will be held at the Court House in the
town of St. George on Tuesday the 16th day of
February, 1960 at 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon when
and where all concerned and bound over to prose-
cute or to give evidence or summoned as Jurors or
witnesses are required to give their personal atten-
dance, and all officers who have taken Inquisitions,
Depositions, Examinations, Recognizances or other
papers cognizable by the Court are required to
return the same without delay to this office.

ALL THAT estate called Palmiste containing
four hundred and sixty acres, approximately situate
in St. John's, bounded as described in the Indenture,
dated on or about 17th April, 1926, made between

Low FERGUSON, recorded in the Deeds and Land

The interest of the Defendant in the said estate is
believed to be :
1. An undivided quarter in fee simple in possess-
ion subject to an executory devise over in favour of
DONALD FERGUSON and CLAYTON FERGUSON in
the event of the death of the Defendant without
having had issue who shall have attained the age
of twenty-cne years.
2. Another undivided quarter in fee simple in
possession, (formerly the property of MONICA
BLACKBURN) subject to an executory devise over
in favour of the said DONALD FERGUSON and
CLAYTON FERGUSON in the event of the said
MONICA BLACKBURN dying without having had
issue who shall have attained the age of twenty-one
years.
3. A contingent interest in another quarter in
the event of the said DONALD FERGUSON dying
without having had issue who shall have attained
the age of twenty-one years.
4. A contingent interest in another quarter in the
event of the said CLAYTON FERGUSON dying
without having had issue who shall have attained
the age of twenty-one years, which above interest
are subject:
(i) As to the Defendant's two undivided quarter
shares to a mortgage dated 8th July, 1955, made
between the Defendant MONICA BLACKBURN and
CREYMON PARYAG and the Incorporated Trustees
of the Church of England and recorded in the
Deeds and Land Registry of Grenada, in Liber I 9
page 466 upon which $14,400.00 with interest
thereon from 9th April, 1958 at the rate of $7.00
per centum per annum is owing.

(ii) As to the Defendrnt's original quarter share
to a Miortgae dlat pd. th September, 195S, made
between the Defendant and CLAYTON FERGUSON
atoresaid and recorded in the Deeds and Land
Registry in Liber V 9 page 706 upon which
$3,360.00 with interest thercon from 9th Septem-
ber, 1955 at the rate of $7.00 per centum per
annum is owing.
(iii) A charge in favour of the Government of
Grenada upon the Defendant's interest and interest
of the said CLAYTON FERGUSON for $48,288.14
under the Agriculture Rehablitation Ordinance.
The above is being sold free from Judgment
against the said Defendant so far as known.
The sale is subject to the usual conditions of sale
a copy of which can be seen at the Registrar's
Office and to the REDUCED RESERVE PRICE
of $31,886.46.
