(Constitutional) Order in Council, 1959, I hereby appoint you the said HERBERT AUGUSTUS
BLAIZE to be Chief Minister in and for the Colony of Grenada and to have and exercise all the functions
and authority appertaining to that office until such time as this appointment be revoked or you other-
wise vacate the office in accordance with law.
