Assistant Secretary, Ministry of Trade and Production, with effect from 14th
MISS LOUISE ROWLEY, Administrative Assistant, Government Office, has been
appointed as Principal Assistant Secretary, Ministry of Communications and
Works, with effect from 14th March, 1956.
MR. J. G. ST. BERNARD, Office Superintendent, Medical Department, has been
appointed as Principal Assistant Secretary, Ministry of Social Services,
with effect from 14th March, 1956.

WITH reference to Extraordinary Gazette Notice dated 14th March, 1956, the
Schedule to the Governor's Declaration should be amended by the substitution
of the words Agriculture and Veterinary Services" for the word "Agriculture in
the subjects for the Department for the Minister of Trade and Production.

Immigration: Labour; Public Information; and
... The Attorney-General will continue to exercise his
normal functions in regard to legal matters and will
be responsible for the presentation in Executive
Council of such matters. He will, as at present, act
in his discretion in regard to prosecution and Court
... Finance and Fiscal Policy; Customs; Taxation.
