REGIONAL CIVIL SERVICES SURVEY COMMISSION
THE Commission appointed by His EXCELLENCY THE ACTING GOVERNOR-GENERAL, under the Chairmanship
of Sir RICHARD MANKTELOW, K.B.E., C.B., to survey the staffing problems of the Federal and Territorial Public
Services is now in Trinidad, and invites memoranda from members of the public or interested organizations
on any matter falling within the Commission's terms of reference. All such memoranda should be addressed,
in quintuplicate, to the Secretary of the Commission, Federal Supreme Court Registry, Federal House,
Port-of-Spain, to reach him not later than the 19th August.
The full text of the Commission's terms of reference was published in the West Indies Gazette of the
28th July, 1961. Copies can be obtained from the Secretary.
