3. Full particulars of the tender, may be obtained from the Secretary, Tenders Board, Ministry of Finance, Federal House, Port-of-Spain.
4. Tenders must be addressed to the Chairman, Tenders Board, Ministry of Finance, Federal House, Port-of-Spain, in sealed envelopes marked "TenderUniforms" to reach liim by 10.00 a.m. on Monday, 22nd February, 1960.
5. The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

ACTING APPOINTMENT
Mr. G. C. Renwick, Administrative Assistant, has been appointed to act, with effect from 21st January, 1960, inclusive, and until further notice, as Assistant Registrar, Federal Supreme Court.

APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY REGISTRAR OF THE FEDERAL SUPREME COURT
Pursuant to Regulation 4 of the Federal Supreme Court Regulations, 1958, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint the person for the time being holding the office of Assistant Registrar of the Federal Supreme Court to be a Deputy Registrar of that Court with effect from the 10th day of February, 1960.

ACTING APPOINTMENTS
Consequent on the departure of Lieut.-Col. A. Lovelace, cm.g., m.b.e., m.c, to assume his new appointment as Administrator, Dominica, Major H. R. Daniel, e.d., Assistant Secretary, has been appointed to act as Federal Defence Officer, and Mr. D. Brookes, Assistant Secretary, has replaced Major Daniel as acting Senior Assistant Secretary, Federal Secretariat (vice Mr. F. A. Phillips on special assignment).
These acting appointments are effective from 16th February, 1960, inclusive.

His Excellency the Governor-General has appointed the following officers to be members of the Official Side of the Whitley Council of the Federal Public Service Association for the period ending 31st December, 1960 :

Mr. G. V. Mancini, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Communications and Works Mr. W. A. Grinsted, Director of Meteorological Services.
