(Delegation) Regulations, 1958, has, after consultation with the temporary Federal Public Service Commission,

88 AMENDING NOTICE
GAZETTE NOTICE No. 73 of 3rd July, 1959, is amended as follows :
The date "15.9.58" is substituted for the date "15.9.59" appearing in the said Notice as the effective
date of appointment of Mr. C. A. CHERRIE, Assistant Secretary.

89 RESUMPTION OF DUTY
WITH reference to Gazette Notice No. 26 of the 24th February, 1959, Mr. J. S. MORDECAI, C.M.G., Federal
Secretary, resumed duty on the 4th August, 1959.

90 TERMINATION OF ACTING APPOINTMENTS
CONSEQUENT on the resumption of duty of Mr. J. S. MORDECAI, C.M.G., Federal Secretary, the following acting
appointments notified in Extraordinary Gazette Notice No. 27 dated 24th February, 1959, have been terminated
with effect from the 4th August, 1959 :-
The appointment of Mr. L. N. Blache-Fraser, C.M.G., Federal Financial Secretary, to act as Federal
Secretary vice Mr. Mordecai.
The appointment of Mr. F. D. C. Williams, C.M.G., Permanent Secretary, Prime Minister's Depart-
ment, to act as Federal Financial Secretary vice Mr. Blache-Fraser.

91 APPOINTMENT-WEST INDIA REGIMENT
His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL, after consultation with the Prime Minister, has the 6th day of
August, 1959 appointed Lieutenant-Colonel MCCLURE WILLIAMS, R.A. (in place of Lieutenant-Colonel Basil
Leslie Gunnell, O.B.E.,, M.C., who has reverted to an appointment in Her Majesty's Forces in the United
Kingdom) to act as Commander of all units of the West India Regiment for any period or periods during which
the Commander of the West India Regiment is absent from his permanent duty station on leave or on duty.

THE REVISION OF LAWS ORDER, 1959.

Made by His Excellency the Governor-General under section
6 of the Revision of Laws, Act, 1958.

ARRANGEMENT OF ARTICLES

His Excellency the Governor-General in exercise of the
powers conferred on him by section 6 of the Revision of Laws Act, 1958,
and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the
following Order:-

Citation. 1. This Order may be cited as the Revision of Laws Order, 1959.

Authority 2. The pages specified in the second column of the First
for inclu-
sion of Schedule to this Order with reference to the chapters respectively
pages. specified in the first column of the said Schedule and the pages specified
in the Second Schedule to this Order with reference to the Appendix are
hereby authorised to be included as from the 10th day of August, 1959,
in the Laws of The West Indies, published under the Revision of Laws
Act, 1958.
