Insurance of Government
Motor Vehicle
Tenders are invited for the com-
prehensive insurance coverage of all
Government owned motor vehicles
for the period 15th July 1964 t6 14th
July, 1965. There are Approximately
100 motor vehicles including trailers
and Cane Carts.
2. The contract of insurance must
provide that where coverage is given
during the currency of the Policy it
will expire on the termination of the
Policy and in such case for an adjust-
ment of the appropriate premium to
be made.
3. A list of the motor vehicles to
be insured will be supplied on appli-
cation to the Ministry of Public
Works and communications, Admin-
istration Building.
4. Tenders should be in sealed
envelopes marked Tender for
insurance of vehicles" addressed to
the Administrative Secretary, Public
Works and communications, Admin-
istration Building, St. John's and
should reach that office not later
than 12.00 noon on Saturday 27th
June, 1964.
5. Government does not bind itself
to accept the lowest or any tender.

moved from the Queen's Warehouse
within three months will be sold by
Public Auction at the Point Ware-
house on Thursday 25th June, 1964,
at 2.30 p.m.
Importers who have passed war-

ORDER, 1964, DATED JUNE 11TH 1964, MADE BY THE
ADMINISTRATOR IN COUNCIL UNDER SECTION 3 OF THE
DISTRIBUTION AND PRICE OF GOODS ORDINANCE, 1958
(No. 30 or 1958)



1. SHOR' TITLE. This Order may be cited as the Price
of Go')ds (Dark or Grey Crystal Sugar) Order, 1964.

2. MAXIMUM PRICES OF DARK OR GREY CRYSTAL SUGAR.
The following are the maximurn prices at which Dark or Grey
Crystal Sug ir shall be sold in the Colony :-

THE EXTERNAL TRADE (IMPORT RESTRICTION) (SUGAR)
ORDER, 1964, DATED JUNE 11TH, 1964, MADE BY THE
ADMINISTRATOR IN COUNCIL UNDER SECTION 3 OF THE
EXTERNAL TRADE ORDINANCE, 1958 (No. 29 OF 1958).


1. Short title. This Order may be cited as The
External Trade (Import Restriction) (Sugar) Order, 1964.
2. Restriction on Importation of Dark or
Grey Crystal Sugar. The importation into the Colony
of dark or grey crystal sugar consigned from or originating in
any country whatsoever is prohibited except under licence
granted by or on behalf of the Supply Officer and subject to
any conditions attached thereto.

THE EXTERNAL TRADE (EXPORT RESTRICTION) (SUGAR)
ORDER, 1964, DATED JUNE 11TH, 1964 MADE BY THE
ADMINISTRATOR IN COUNCIL UNDER SECTION 5 OF THE
EXTERNAL TRADE ORDINANCE, 1958 (No. 29 OF 195'8).


1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the
External Trade (Export Restriction) (Sugar) Order, 1964.
-2. Restriction on Exportation of Dark or
Grey Crystal Sugar. The exportation from the Colony
of dark or grey crystal sugar to any country whatsoever is
prohibited except under licence granted by or on behalf of the
Supply Officer and subject to any conditions attached thereto.
