tion that Mr. W. L. MACINTYRE was
sworn in at Government House on
the 25th February, 1964, as Acting
Administrator of Antigua by the
Honourable the Puisne Judge in the
presence of members of the Executive
Council.

Notice is hereby given that an In-
spector's investigation into an accident
to Leeward Islands Air Transport
Services Ltd. (LIAT) Twin Bonanza
aircraft VP-LIE which occurred at
Coolidge Airport, Antigua, on 25th
January, 1964, is being held in accor-
dance with the Civil Aviation (Inves-
tigation of Accidents) Regulations,
1952 (S.R. & 0. 1952 No. 18).

Any person who may desire to
make representations concerning the
circumstances or causes of the accident
may do so in writing addressed to the
Director of Civil Aviation, Secreta-
riat Building, St. John's, Antigua,
within one week of the publication of
this notice.

The St. Thomas Bay (Virgin Gorda) Order. 1984,d*ted
January 28th, 1964, made by the AdministraIt84f
Council. under section 3(1) of the Harbours and wharves
Ordinance 1954 (No. 13 of 1954).


1. Citation This Order may be cited as the St. Thomas
Bay Harboutr (Virgin Gorda) Order, 1964.
2. Appointment of Harbour. St. Thomas Bay
in the [slan I of Virgin Gorda is hereby appointed a harbour for
the purposes of the Harbour and Wharves Ordinance, 1954.
3. Extent of Harbour. The extent of the said
harbour for the purposes of the said Ordinance shall be from
Fort Point on the southwestern end of St. Thomas Bay to
Colison Point on the northwestern end.
