The Aid to Pioneer Industries (Canning) Order, 1963, dated
27th March, 1963, made by the Administrator under
section 3(1) of the Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinanoe,
1950 (No. 9 of 1950).


[Gazetted 4th April, 1963]

1. SHORT TITLE. This Order may be cited as the Aid
to Pioneer Industries (Canning) Order, 1963.

2. CANNING DECLARED A PIONEER INDUSTRY. Canning
is hereby declared to be a pioneer industry for the purposes of
the Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1950, and the follow-
ing products are hereby declared to be pioneer products for the
said purposes:-

Canned solid and liquid substances for commercial purposes.


Made by the Administrator acting in accordance with the
advice of the Executive Council this 27th day of March 1963.

3(1) of the Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1950 (No. 9 of 1950).

1. SHORT TITLE. This Order may be cited as the Aid

2. MANUFACTURE OF CANS AND CONTAINERS DECLARED A
PIONEER INDUSTRY. The manufacture of cans and containers
is hereby declared to be a pioneer industry for the purposes of
the Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1950, and the follow-
ing products are hereby declared to be pioneer products for the
said purposes:-
