Detergents) Order, 1962, dated 23rd May,
1962, made by the Administrator in Council
under section 3(1) of the Aid to Pioneer In-
dustries Ordinance, 1950 (No. 9 of 1950).


[Gazetted 21st June, 1962]

1. This Order may be cited as the Aid to
Pioneer Industries (Manufacture of Detergents) Short title.
Order, 1962.

2. The Manufacture of Detergents is hereby Manufacture
declared to be a pioneer industry for the purposes of
of the Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1950, detlaredt
and the following products pioneer
industry
9/1950.
Detergents in liquid, powdered or solidified
form for use as personal, household and
industrial cleansing agents
are hereby declared to be pioneer products for the
said purposes.

Pioneer Industries (BoYD Enterprises Limited)

2. BODn Enterprises Limited is hereby de-
clared to be a pioneer manufacturer for the pur-
poses of the Aid to Pioneer Industies Ordinance,
1950, in relation to its pioneer factory situated at
Nevis Street in the .City of Saint John, and in
relation t,% the manufacture of the following pioneer
prod nct:-
Fibre glass boats and chairs
Plastic articles and
Neon and other gas filled electric signs
the manufacture of which was declared to be a
Pioneer Industry by the Aid to Pioneer Industries
