1962, No. 1.


THE PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ORDER, 1962, DATED 3RD APRIL, 1962,
MADE BY THE ADMINISTRATOR IN COUNCIL UNDER
SECTION 5A OF THE PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ACT, 1954 (No.
19 OP 1954) AS AMENDED.


1. CITrrioN. This Order may be cited as the Public
Holidays, Order, 1962.
2. SUBSTITUTION OF PUBLIC HOLIDAYS FALLING ON
SATURDAY. If any public holiday specified in the Schedule
to this Order falls on a Saturday, the Monday following such
Saturday shall be substituted for the day originally appointed
under the Public Holidays Act, 1954, and shall be deemed to
be a public holiday for all purposes of the said Act.
Made by the Administrator in Council this 3rd day of
April, 1962.
