Village extension.

NOTICE DATED 218T MARCH, 1961, MADE BY THE ADMINIS-
TRATOR UNDER SECTION 7(2) OF THE REVISED EDITION
or THE LAWS ORDINANCE, 1959 (No. 7 OF 1959).


WHEREAS it is provided, inter alia, by subsection (2)
of section 7 of the Revised Edition of the Laws Ordinapce,
1959, that the revised edition shall contain the Acts and
Ordinances of the Colony in force on the first day of January,
1959, or such later date as the Administrator may, by notice,
appoint:
AND WHEREAS by notice dated the 19th day of
January, 1960, made by the Administrator under section 7(2)
of the Revised Edition of the Laws Ordinance. 1959, the first
day of January, 1960, was appointed in lieu of the-existing
date of the first day of January, 1959:
AND WHEREAS it is considered desirable to alter the
said date to the thirtieth day of June, 1961, so as to include
the legislation of 1960 in the revised edition:
I HEREBY APPOINT the thirtieth day of June, 1961
in lien of the existing date of the first day of Januatry, 1960, in

THE ROAD WARDENS' REMUNERATION AND ALLOWANCES
(AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1961, DATED MARCH 14, 1961 MADE
BY THE-ADMINISTRATOR IN COUNCIL UNDER SECTION 9 OF
THE ROAD ORDINANCE, 1955 (No. 12 OF 1955).


1. Citation. This Order may be cited as the Road
Wardens' Remuner.ation and Allowances (Amendment) Order,
1961 and shall be read as one with the Road Wardens Remune-
ration and Allowances Order, 1960 (S. R. &. 0. 1960, No. 9)
hereinafter called the Principal Order.
2. Amendment of Schedule to the Principal
Order. The Schedule to the Principal Order is hereby
amended by substituting $4.50 for $4.00 in Item 1.
3. Commencement. This Order shall take effect as
from the 1st day of January, 1961.
Made by the Administrator in Council this 14th day of
March, 1961.

BUSINESS) ORtDER, 1961, DATED MARCH 14TH 1961, MADE
BY THE ADMINISTRATOR IN COUNCIL UNDER SECTION 6A
OF THE ALIEN BANKERS ACT (CAP. 75).


1. Citation. This Order may be cited as the Virgin
Islands National Bank (Days and Hours of Business) Order,
1961.
2. Days and Hours of Business. The Virgin
Islands National Bank shall carry on its banking business at
Road Town on the days and at the hours following:-
On every week day (other than Wednesday
nnd public or statutory holidays) between
the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 noon and 1.30 p.m.
and 3 p.m.
