and Guarantee Fund.
It is notified for general informa-
tion that Mr. BYNOE. Fund Secretary
of the Federal Loan and Guarantee
Fund, will visit Antigua from 31st
March to 6th April for the purpose of
interviewing persons interested in
Long Terms Loans for small and
medium industries.
Any person who wishes to see Mr.
BYNOE may do so during office
hours at the Administration Building,
ground floor where a temporary office
has been provided for him for the
duration of his stay in Antinua..

CUSTOMS NOTICE
The attention of Masters and
Agents of Vessels are drawn to Trade
and Revenue Ordinance No. 8 of
1900 as amended by section 23,
which reads as follows:-


"When the master or agent of
any vessel gives notice in writing
to the Treasurer that any goods
landed and under the control of
the Treasurer are subject to any
lieu upon or right to detain the
same until a sum of money is paid,
the Treasurer shall not deliver
such goods to any person claim
ing delivery as against such master
or agent unless and until written
permission to deliver the same is
given by such master or agent; and
the Treasurer shall not be liable
to any action in respect of the
refusal by him to deliver goods
under the provisions of this
section.
Customs will not be responsible for
any cargo delivered if the above-
mentioned Ordinance is not complied
with.
