Tenders are invited for the making
of uniforms for Petty Oliicers for the
year 1961 as follows:-

In khaki drill for petty officers-
(a) tunic and trousers
(h) khaki shirts with short sleeves
and pocket on each breast with flap
to button
(c) khaki trousers
(d) khaki shorts
(e) kh;iki overalls
In blue serge and cotton duck for
boatmen-
(a) blue serge jumper and trou-
sers
(b) blue serge trousers only
(c) cotton duck jumper and trou-
sers
Quotations should also be made
for-
(a) blu- dimin overall
(b) blue demin trousers
(c) blue demin shirts
Government will supply the neces-
sary drill, serge or duck, also badges
and official buttons for tunics. All
other materials are to be supplied by
the contractor. Prices are to include
the cost of affixing badges to tunics
or jumpers.

2. Tenders should be in sealed
envelopes addressed to His Honour
the Administrator and marked
"TENDER FOR UNIFORMS".
Tenders should reach this office by
noon on Tuesday, 7th March, 1961.

3. Government does not bind it-
self to accept the lowest or any
tender.

4. If the delivery of uniforms is
delayed for a period exceeding four
weeks after the date of receipt of the
material or uniforms are unsatisfac-
torily tailored, Government reserves
the right to cancel the contract on
giving one week's notice in writing.

COOLIDGE AIRPORT PARKING INSTRUCTIONS, 1961.


In pursuance of the powers vested in me by paragraph 3 (1) of the Airport Regulations,
1952, (S. R. & 0. 1952 No. 21) the following orders and instructions are hereby promulgated with
respect to the vehicles operating at Coolidge Airport.
1. Vehicles plying for hire at the airport will be parked in the most northern lane of the Car
Park as designated by the sign marked '" Taxi Rank ".
2. During the period of time that passengers are in the Immigration and/or Customs Halls of
the Terminal Building, and until called by Police or Airport Officials, drivers of vehicles plying for hire
will remain at their respective vehicles or in such place as may b(e provided for their accommodation.
3. Unless a particular vehicle is requested by a passenger or a recognized list from a hotel is
presented to the official on duty for the purpose, vehicles plying for hire will be called consecutively in
the order which they are parked. commiicing from No. 1 position, nearest the sign marked Taxi Rank ',
and continuing to the last position before recalling No. 1.
4. On being called, drivers will bring their vehicles to the appropriate door and receive the
the passengers) for whom the vehicle was called.

5. Vehicles are not permitted to remain parked in the driveway nearest to the terminal build-
ing longer than is necessary to receive or set down passengers except with the prior permission of the
Controlling Officer.
6. Vehicles other than those plying for hire will be parked in the Public Car Park or
additional public parking areas provided, as designated by appropriate signs.
7. Airport staff vehicles will be parked on the South side of the parking area situated east of
the terminal building.
8. All vehicles at the airport will be parked between the parking lines provided. In the
absence of parking lines, vehicles will ,b parked as near to an adjacent vehicle as possible.
9. Any person who violates any of the above orders and instructions shall be dealt with in
the manner provided in paragraph 33 of the above Regulations.
10. The Airport Inktruciions dated 5th October, 1956, are hereby revoked.
