MADE BY THE ADMINISTRATOR IN COUNCIL UNDER SEC-
TION 15 OF THE HOTELS AID ORDINANCE, 1953 (No. 1
OF 1953).


WHEREAS by section 15 of the Hotels Aid Ordinance,
953 (hereinafter referred to as the Ordinance ") it is pro-
*ided that the Administrqtor in Council may, from time to time

COUNCIL UNDER SECTION 3 OF THE PENSIONS ACT, 1947
(No. 12 OF 1947) AS AMENDED.


1. Saoar TITLE. These Regulations may bd cited as
'he Pensions (Amendment) Regulations, 1961, .ad shall be
r'ad as one with the Pensions Regulations, 1947, contained in
the First Schedule to the Pensions Act, 1947 (No. 12 of 1947)
