The Administrator having issued his Writ of Elec-
tion for the election of a member of the Legislative
Council for the Central Electoral District of Montserrat,
the returning officer for the said district will on the 20th
day of February, 1961, now next ensuing between the
hours of ten o'clock in the forenoon and one o'clock in
the afternoon and between the hours of two o'clock and
four o'clock in the afternoon at Salem School proc-ed to
the nomination of a member for the Central electoral
district of Montserrat.

PIONEER INDUSTRIES (ANNE ROY) (MANUFACTURE OF SHELL
ORNAMENTS) ORDER, 1960, DATED DECEMBER 6, 1960,
MADE BY THE ADMINISTRATOR IN COUNCIL UNDER SECTION
4 (1) OF THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF INDUSTRIES ORDINANCE,
1953 (No. 10 OF 1953).


1. CITATION. This Order may be cited as the Pioneer
Industries (ANNE ROY) (Manufacture of Shell Ornaments)
Order, 1960.
2. DECLARATION OF PIONEER MANUFACTURER. ANNE
RoY of Pasea Hall, Tortola, is hereby declared to be a pioneer
manufacturer for the purposes of the Ericouragment of Industries
Ordinance, 1953, in relation to her factory situate in Road Town,
Tortola, and in relation to the manufacture of shell ornaments
by the Pioneer Industry (Manufacture of Shell Ornaments)
Order, 1960 (S. R. & 0. 1960, No. 36). declared to bea pioneer
industry for the purposes of the said Ordinance with effect from
the 3rd day of December, 1960; and the production day of the
said ANNE ROY in relation to the products declared to be
pioneer products by the said Order is hereby declared to be the
let day of December, 1960.
Made by the Administrator in Council this 6th day of
December, 1960.
