that in pursuance of Rules made by
the Chief Justice under section 16 of
the Leeward Islands and Windward
Islands (Courts) Order in Council,
1939. and duly approved as therein
provided on the 19th day of June,
1959, the Honourable Puisne Judge
selected for the sitting of the Court
has appointed the day of the month
on which ensuing circuitt Court shall
sit for the trial of Criminal and Civil
causes in the summary and higher
jurisdiction of the Court. and the hear-
ing of appeals from Magistrates as
