the shooting and discussed with him the
trouble between Cooper and Senator
Carmack.
lie said he could not remember aay

he was alleged to have mid Carmark

statements made by Mr Eastman and

by his father to Carmaek when they met

Finding the story and examinations
were not bringing the desired result and
setlmed strengthening to Robin Cooper's
st,,rv Attorney McCann brought the tea-
timriony to a sudden cloee.
Attorney ordered redirect examina-
tion. It is expected that C'ol. Cooper
will follow on the stand.
