1. Locaton: E

Paisley is in Central Florida, 16 miles southwest of DeLand, 17 miles north-
east of Eustis, and six miles northeast of Umatilla. It is near the St.
John's River, Lake A.kron, and LakeNorris.

2. TransDortation:

U. S. Highway 42 passes through Paisley. greyhound Lines provides bus serv-
ice. Rail and air service is not available.

3. Population:

Lake County had a population of 27,946 in 1945. The population of Paisley
was approximately 392.
