This is a different type of
On-Demand. Since it is the first
On-Demand to come out of the FSSP
since the policy change to send all
On-Networking and On-Demand
communiques to all PAs, it will, in
its own way, be a test of the
direct communication system.

The issue is extremely simple.
Do you, as a PA in the FSSP
network, feel a need to attend a
FSR orientation workshop, similar
to those held this year at Southern
Illiniois University, University of
Minnesota, and Virginia State
University? Yes or No. The FSSP
Core is attempting to get a better
feel for the "residual demand"
which may or may not exist in the
FSSP SE network for this activity.
