RULE TITLE: Conditions for Issuance of Permit
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: This proposed rule is to implement the provisions

of Chapter 373, Florida Statutes, and state activities to be considered
in conditions for issuance of permits.
SUMMARY: This amendment clarifies the types of activities which will
be considered in evaluating the conditions for issuance of a Work of
the District Permit by the District.
SPECIFIC LEGAL AUTHORITY UNDER WHICH ADOPTION IS AUTHORIZED AND
LAW BEING IMPLEMENTED, INTERPRETED OR MADE SPECIFIC:

RULE TITLE: Encroachment Lines

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: This proposed rule is to implement the provisions

of Chapter 373, Florida Statutes, and state activities considered in

evaluating applications for Works of the District permits.

SUMMARY: This amendment is to clarify the type of activities that

will not be allowed beyond the encroachment line established in the
Hillsborough River by the District except by an exemption granted by
the District when considering and evaluating applications for Works
of the District permits.
SPECIFIC LEGAL AUTHORITY UNDER WHICH ADOPTION IS AUTHORIZED AND

LAW BEING IMPLEMENTED, INTERPRETED OR MADE SPECIFIC:

PROPOSE AND EFFECTS: This proposed rule is to implement the provisions

of Chapter 373, Florida Statutes, and state factors to be considered

before restricting surface water withdrawals authorized under Consumptive

Use Permits.

SUMMARY: This amendment is to state the factors the District will
consider in limiting surface water withdrawals authorized through

Consumptive Use Permitting.

SPECIFIC LEGAL AUTHORITY UNDER WHICH ADOPTION IS AUTHORIZED AND

LAW BEING IMPLEMENTED, INTERPRETED OR MADE SPECIFIC:

GENERAL AUTHORITY: 373.044, 373.113, 373.149, 373.171, 373.216,
