Re: Hearings on Consumptive Use Permits

Dear Mr. Bentley:

In accordance with our telephone conversation of April 16, this is to
.confirm our scheduling the availability of a hearing officer for May
19, June 2 and June 3, 1975. You will find enclosed copies of the
applications scheduled for June dates with the time indicated thereon.
Should you require any additional information, please advise.

Also, it is agreed that all further hearings will be set for the
first Tuesday and Wednesday of each month, taking into consideration
holidays and vacation schedules of your staff. I am sure this proce-
dure will expedite matters and establish a stability in establishing
all future hearings beyond those presently scheduled.
