Senator C. Welborn Daniel
The Capitol
Tallahassee, Florida 32302

Dear Senator Daniel:

Sometine soon Senate Bill 865, by Senator Poston, will come before
your Judiciary Civil "B" Committee. This District has been in-
terested in the development of this bill which is for the purpose
of standardizing attorneys fees paid by districts such as ours.
We find that there is vast discrepancy between the rural areas and
the urban areas as to a rule or guide to follow on the more costly
takings. Certainly, we have seen some very disproportionate fees
for approximately equal work,

We certainly will appreciate your serious study of the bill and --
if you feel it is a proper and just improvement -- your support.

Very truly yours,

DALE TUIACHTMANN
Executive Director
