ITEM 3H S-155, S-155 BYPASS ASSURE, S-i59 1(UPPER) WINGWALL STABILIZATION, AND
C-135 SECTION 4B,(FOUR RIVER BASIN-S FLORIDA PROJECT FINAL ACCEPTANCE

The final acceptance inspection for S-155, S-155 Bypass Closure, S-159
(Upper) Wingwall Stabilization, and C-135 Section 4B, constructed under
Corps of Engineers' Contracts DACW-17-78-C-0038, DACW-17-81-C-0090,
DACW-17-79-C-0073, and DACW-17-77-C-0024, was held on November 10, 1982.
The facilities were found complete in accordance with the contract
Plans and Specifications. At their meeting on December 9, 1982, the
Hillsborough River Basin Board accepted the projects as complete and
authorized formal transfer of the facilities from the Corps of
Engineers to the District.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

That the Governing Board accept S-155, S-155 Bypass Closure, S-159
(Upper) Wingwall Stabilization, and C-135 Section 4B from the Corps
of Engineers.
