At the Auiust 4, 197l; meeting of the Governing board of the Southwest
Florida Water :ianagecnt District the enclosed Resolution Ho. 653 was
passed aid adopted.

resolution 01o. 653 realigns the boundaries of the Oklawaha River basin,
a taxing entity within Levy County. Since this Resolution will affect the
area subject to .asin and District ad valorem tax levy, it is submitted to
you for adjustment of tax records which will be subject to the tax levy to
be set at the Septemrber 8, 1976 nieeting of the District Governing Board
pursuant to Chapter 373.0697, 373.636 and 373.539 Florida Statutes
and 61-17 Laws of Florida.

You are requested to make the necessary corrections to the 1976 tax rolls to
conform with the boundaries of the Withlacoochee River basin as set forth
in the enclosed Resolution.
