At the August 4, 1':70 meeting of the Governing Board of tihe Southwest
Florida Wiater management "District the enclosed Resolution iio. 53 was
passed and adopted.

Resolution No. 653 realicigs the boundaries of the Oklawaha iiver basin,
a taxing entity within Levy Cuunty, Since this Resolution will affect the
area subject to Uasir, and DListrict ad valoremi; tax levy, it is subii-itted to
you for adjustment of tax records which will be subject 'to the tax levy to
be set at the Septilber 8, 19y r ieting of the District Governing Board
pursuant to Clapter 373.W9J7, 373.63- and 373.b33 Florida Statutes
an' 61-'9 Laws of Florida.

You are requested to rake tIle necessary corrections to the 197C> tax rolls to
conform with the boundaries of the Withlacoochee River basin as set forth
in the enclosed Resolution.
