Re: Southwest Florida Water Management District
Resolution do. 653, Realigning the boundaries
of the Oklawaha River Basin

Dear Mr. Hausman:

At the August 4, 1976 meeting of the Governing board of the Southwest
Florida Water Management District the enclosed Resolution No. 653 was
passed and adopted.
Resolution No. 653 realigns the boundaries of the Oklawaha River Basin,
a taxing entity within Orange County. Since this Resoluiton may affect the
area subject to Basin and District ad valorem tax levy, it is submitted to
you for adjustment of tax records which will be subject to the tax levy to
be set at the September 8, 1976 meeting of the District Governing Board
pursuant to Chapter 373.0697, 373.636 and 373.539 Florida Statutes
and 61-69 Laws of Florida.

You are requested to make the necessary corrections to the 1976 tax rolls to
conform with the boundaries of the Oklawaha River Basin as set forth in
the enclosed Resolution.
