Dear Mr. Fortune:

At yesterday's regular monthly meeting of the Manasota Basin Board,
the motion was made by Betty Rushton and seconded by Michael Stuart,
that the Board go on record as favoring the one (1) mill levy for
water management purposes in Florida. The motion was carried
unanimously.

It was also requested that this information be conveyed to the
appropriate public officials, and this letter is intended to serve
as such notification for your information.
