Reference your letter of 3 September and my reply of
9 September. At the West Coast ReQional Water Supply
Authority Board meeting yesterday, arrangements were
"fade to work constructively with the Pasco Water Authority,
Inc., Pasco County and New Port Richey to clarify the role
of the West Coast Regional Water Supply Authority as the
wholesale supplier of water in the 3-County area. Lou
de la Parte is in the process of drawing up appropriate
agreements. When these agreements are consummated, I will
be in touch again to respond to the specific question
raised in your letter of 3 September.
