Re: Eascen; t for pi|:I line to be constructed in Seaboard Coast
Linti' Railroad right-of-way in Pasco County

Dear ir. Spence:

We request that the SouthwIest Florida Water management District be
granted an easement within the S.aboard Coast Line Railroad right-of-
way in Pcsco County betweenn mileMpost ;40 and milepIost 8>2 for the
purpose of installing a pip-eline to move water from water producing
areas to water service areas within the District. The current drought
and shortage of water in the coastal areas Cakes this extremely i mpor-
tant and of high priority.

We will appreciate early consideration of this request.

Very truly yours,

Executive Director
