0 14 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

o m or-_ 16 Section 1. Pursuant to Section 5 of Article XI of the

g 17 State Constitution, there shall be a special election on the

o 18 second Tuesday in March 1976 to be held concurrent with the

04- 19 Presidential Preference Primary election, at which there shall

W fm 20 be submitted to the electors of Florida for approval or rejec-

P 21 tion House Joint Resolution No._____ proposing the amending

> F 22 of Section 9 of Article VII of the State Constitution, to

fo .o 23 establish a limit on local taxes to be used for water manage-

m -- U 24 ment purposes.
- 25 Section 2. Publication of notice shall be in accordance

- o = 26 with Section 5 of Article XI of the State Constitution. The

27 special election shall be held as other special elections are

28 held.

29 Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a

30 law, if passed by a three-fourths vote of the membership of

31 each house.
