120.60 (Licensing) Ninety (90) day pyein. tolled by initiation
of a formal proceeding under 120.57, and resumed
ten (10) days after t recommendedd order is sub-
mitted to the agency SWthe parties; automatic
approval if the application is not approved or denied
within forty-five (45) days after the recommended
order is submitted to the agency and the parties;
special sub-section governing licensing and approval
of bank and savings and loan mergers; reasonable notice
of revication, suspension, etc. of license includes
Certified Mail or actual service; exemption of certi-
fication of employee organizations with PERC $.w J. *EM,.

S 120.63 (Exemptions from Chapter 120) At conclusion of the public
hearing for exemption the commission must specifically
grant or deny the exemption specifying the scope of
the expemption; exemption may terminate at the conclu-
sion of the current or next regular session after the
issuance of the exemption, or on the effective date
of the ratifying Law; removal of the automatic ninety
(90) day termination of the exemption.
