Passage of the constitutional amendment on March 9th to
allow for water management taxation has started the ball
rolling on further legislation to implement the Water
Resources Act of 1972. In order to have interested
parties aware of the importance of this legislation from
the outset, I would ask that you try to attend a staff
briefing at 10:00 a.m., March 18, in Room 212, House
Office Building.
