Dear Representative Langley: 9 0
This is to confirm our meeting with you on Tuesday, March 4th, at 3:30
p.m. at the Lake County Commissioners meeting room in Tavares as discussed
with Sonny Vergara of my staff.
The meeting will be with the Lake County Commission, Representative Vince
Fechtel and Senator Jim Glisson, and will take place during a regularly
scheduled Commission meeting.
The reason we have arranged this meeting is to discuss the problems related
to the transfer of the Oklawaha River Basin to the St. Johns River Water
Management District pursuant to Section 373, Florida Statutes.
On behalf of Chairman Derrill McAteer of the District Governing Board who
will attend with me, I appreciate your taking the time for this important
discussion and look forward to meeting with you.
Very truly yours,
DONALD R. FEASTER, P.E.
