A bill to be entitled


An Ac, relating to recreational facili -es in Central
and Southern Florida Flood Control District; allowing
user fees for use of recreational facilities; allowing
the user fees received to be used for maintenance and
operation of recreational facilities; providing an ef-
fective date.


Be It Enacted By The Legislature Of The State of Florida;


Section 1: Chapter 25270, Laws of Florida, 1949, is amended to add Section

3(a) to read as follows:

The district is authorized to charge user fees for use of recreational

facilities it has established, owns, leases or manages. Said user fees shall

be for the purpose of maintenance and operation of recreational facilities

established, owned, leased or managed by the district.


Section 2: This act shall take effect immediately upon become Law.
