Dear Jerry:

Pursuant to and following our conversation I recommend that
when q well driller applies for a Certificate and desires to
be covered under the bond filed by his employer by filing
the proposed Certificate of Bond Coverage that you make a
notation on the face of his Certificate that he is covered by
the bond of his employer. he employer's name should also be
inserted. He should also b advised by letter that his
Certificate is only valid wile working under the bond of
the employer whose bond is n file and if he desires to
engage in any well drilling activities other than those
of such employer then he wi l have to file a bond of his own
with the District or advise additional Certificate numbers
of those for whom he is doi g work.

Si cerely,

L. M. Blain
