No. 200003 (Section 21 Wellfield) and No. 200004 (Cosme-Odessa
Wellfield) filed by WCRWSA/City of St. Petersburg; and No. 206676
(Northwest Hillsborough Regional Wellfield) filed by
WCRWSA/Hillsborough County

NOTICE OF CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING

Continued Public Hearing in the above referenced proceedings is scheduled
before the Governing Board commencing at 9:30 a.m. on August 3, 1983, at
the address above.

PLEASE BE ADVISED, however, that the Applicants in each case have moved
for consolidation and have petitioned the Board for referral to the
Division of Administrative Hearings for appointment of a Hearing Officer
to conduct Formal Hearings on these applications.

A recently enacted Florida law (Ch. 83-78, Laws of Florida) requires that
the Governing Board refer Consumptive Use Permit applications, upon
request of the Applicant, to the Division of Administrative Hearings for
appointment of a Hearing Officer to conduct the formal hearing.

Such requests in the form of Petitions have been made for referral by
these Applicants.

These procedural Motions and Petitions must be considered by the Board
before proceeding further.

PLEASE BE ADVISED AS FOLLOWS:

1. The continued Public Hearing has been scheduled for 9:30 a.m.,
August 3, 1983, in the Board Room at District Headquarters.

2. The Motions to Consolidate these matters (so they can be
heard at the same time) will be presented to the Board for
consideration.

3. The Petitions for Referral will then be presented to the
Board for consideration.

4. If the Petitions for Referral are accepted, the applications
will be forwarded to the Division of Administrative
Hearings for appointment of a Hearing Officer to conduct
formal hearings at a later date.

5. If the Petitions for Referral for some reason are rejected,
legal counsel and staff will recommend to the Governing
Board that the hearings be continued until a subsequent
date, as opposed to taking final action at the August 3,
1983 meeting.
