Dear Jim:

Based upon our previous telephone discussion, which
resulted from the action taken by the Southwest Florida
Water Management District Governing Board on January 14,
1976, I hereby submit for your information the maximum
amount of water to be withdrawn per year and during a
single day, and the maximum amounts to be consumptively
used per year and during a single day for our consumptive
use permit applications for Section 21 and the Cosme Well-
fields.

Please consider the maximum amount of water to be
withdrawn per year and the maximum amounts to be con-
sumptively used per year as the same amount, and the
maximum amount of water to be withdrawn during any single
day and the maximum amounts to be consumptively used dur-
ing any single day as being the same figures.

The application should indicate that the maximum
amount of water to be withdrawn or consumptively used
from the Section 21 Wellfield should be equal to 18 mil-
lion gallons per day times 365 days per year. The maxi-
mum day useage should be 22 million gallons per day.
Please consider the maximum amount of water to be used
per year from Cosme as being equal to 19 million gallons
per day times 365 days per year and the Cosme maximum
daily pumpage to be 22 million gallons per day.
