LIST THE WITHDRAWAL POINTS) ON THE PROPERTY COVERED BY THE APPLICAT!RPI '
THE REQUESTED INFORMATION FOR EACH OF THEM.

Well Withdrawal- Size, Depth. PUMPAGDEf&a 9 198
Surface Withdrawal Name of lake
or stream CROP ACRES IRRIGATION METHOD AVERAGE MAXIMUM
Overhead Spray
Example: 6 300 feet Citrus 20 10% day 90% night 18,000 432,000

The example is for a 6" well 300 feet deep used for overhead spray day and night, 20 acres of citrus at an
average rate of 18,000 gallons and maximum rate of 432,000 gallons per day.
The average daily withdrawal is the estimated amount of water to be used for the year divided by 365.
Determine the number of inches of water you would need in an average year (12" in the example), multiply
by 27,154 (one acre, 1 inch of water), multiply by number of acres, 20, then divide the total by 365 to get
an average daily withdrawal.
12" x 27,154 x 20 = 17,855 gpd rounded to 18,000 gpd
365

The maximum is the gallons per day on the longest day pumped. The example is 300 gpm multiplied b
1,440 (minutes in a day). (If maximum pumped in one day was 12 hours the maximum would be 216,000
gpd.)
FOR MORE THAN ONE CROP show each crop separately and the amount of water used for same.
INDICATE CROPS AS tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, strawberries, melons and whether one or two crops
per year.
BE SPECIFIC WHEN INDICATING THE IRRIGATION METHOD: Drip, spray (indicate as permanent
overhead, volume gun, center pivot, undertree spray, low volume undertree, etc. INDICATE HOURS
FOR DAY AND NIGHT SPRAY), ditch or flood (indicate whether, open, closed, semi-closed, and how
runoff is contained), other (specify)
