THI AGREEMENT, made and entered into at Tallahassee, Florida, this 16thday
SNovember by and between TOM ADAMS, Secretary of State, State of Florida, and
SState of Florida Department of Natural Resources an agency
of the State of Florida, with its headquarters located at Tallahassee, Florida.

WHEREAS, the Secretary of State and the above named agency have examined Rule
No(See abovf d in the office of the Secretary of State the 16th day of November
and after careful consideration find that said rule is of such local or limited application as
to make its inclusion in the Florida Administrative Code, or any revision or supplement there-
of, impracticable, undesirable and unnecessary.
THEREFORE,' IT IS AGREED that such rule will not be published in the Florida
Administrative Code, and, as provided by Section 120.051, Florida Statutes, its exclusion there-
from shall not affect its validity or effectiveness.
