NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ADDITIONS TO RULES AND REGULATIONS
(16CC, FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE)
FOR
SOUTHWEST FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT (REGULATORY)


Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, December 8, 1971, at / P.M.

at the official office of the Southwest Florida Water Management District (7 miles south

of Brooksville on U.S. Highway 41), Post Office Box 457, Brooksville, Florida 33512,

the Board of Governors of the Southwest Florida Water Management District (Regulatory)

shall hear and receive all testimony and evidence for the purpose of adopting additional

rules and regulations dealing with the procedure for delineating areas with water resource

problems (Chapter 16CC, Florida Administrative Code) for the Southwest Florida Water

Management District (Regulatory) under the authority of Section 373. 171, Florida

Statutes, in the following area of the State of Florida located within the Southwest

Florida Water Management District (Regulatory), to wit: the entire area of Hillsborough,

Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, Hardee, DeSoto and Sumter Counties and portions

of the area of Gilchrist, Levy, Marion, Lake, Orange, Polk and Charlotte Counties

which are a part of the Southwest Florida Water Management District pursuant to

Chapter 61-691, Laws of Florida, as amended.

This notice shall be published once a week for two weeks in a newspaper or

newspapers published in and having a general circulation in every county in the

Southwest Florida Water Management District (Regulatory) as hereinbefore described.

The Board of Governors of the Southwest Florida Water Management District

(Regulatory) request, when possible, that all testimony and evidence which is to be

submitted at said hearing be in written form for the help and convenience of the said

Board and all interested parties.
