Re: Little Manatee River FPL Diversion

Dear Carl:

The following information is furnished as requested during the
meeting on 3 January 1973.

This information is based on a maximum pumrn capacity of 200 cfs
and pumping beginning when the river discharge is about 50 cf8.
A diversion of 200 cfs could begin when the river discharge is 550
cfs or greater. For an average year this would allow a diversion of
approximately 13, 050 cfs days or 125% of the requirement. At
river discharges of 100, 200 and 400 cfs 24, 32, and 36% of the
flow could be diverted.

Very truly yours,

JAMES A. MANN
Acting Director, Water Resources Division
