Dour Mr. Adimi ,- Ci.ue I saw you at Boston I had

a lor, tlik with ir. Orooksand Mfr. Crooks later saw r. Belding,and

they are aplirez-tly anxious to have me go down to Jacksozville and
have a conftreinse there vith Corbott and the other parties interested

and see what ear' be done tc. m-ds asraightenine out affairs if possible

I told them I would go down if expenses were taken oare of.

Mr. Orcoka said that he and Mr. Belding consented to this and thought

that you probably would Jcin. Said he wrote you about it but had

received no rely. Following the talk with Corbett and owing to

the fact that there was an understanding that I would go down the

first of January I wrote Ooroett and yesterday received a letter

and telegram from him. I called your office yesterday and again

to-day and reoeiTved word that you would be away until Saturday morn-

Corbett write that he desires to have a directors meeting oall

ed at Jakasonville,Florida, for Tuesday January 12th at twelve o'olool
at Oorbett's office.
Till you please call me up on the telephone saturday morning

when you get to your office and we oan talk direct over the telephone

and have this matter arranged. I think it is best to wire Oorbett
that the meeting has been called and then send notices by mail.
