The object of the course is to introduce Naval personnel at the management level to methods which will enable them to practice fundamental and advanced management principles, effective communications, problem solving techniques and skills in personal and professional growth. ' While the initial effort is designed primarily for the CPO community, in the near future the curriculum will be made available to officers and lower rated petty officers as qualified instructors are identified and rAN trained.
