one of the ten finalists for the post of Master Chief Petty

Officer of the Navy. .
A total of 94 nominees, Navy-wide, were originally in

from which the next Master Chief Petty Officer of the

spent much of his career as a leading specialist in
accoustic anti-submarine warfare. His diversified
